DESCRIPTION OF THE INTELLIGENCE FOUNDATION’S PROGRAMS AND
ACTIVITIES
UNIFYING
THE COMMUNITY: The
Intelligence Foundation, like any Fortune 500 company, will succeed
from an exclusive vantage point by bringing to life proper management.
We want to see more widespread matrix interoperability, individual
and life-long learning opportunities and development of connoisseurs,
high-profile employees and ultra-affluent managers who possess the
knowledge, skills and competencies to unify, with authority, the
International Community well into the 21st Century and to foster,
with authority, a vector for intellectual and technical innovation
in the individuals who will shape the arts, the sciences and the
humanities of the 21st Century.
Those
Service Lines, including their related activities and programs,
constitute the mechanisms by which the Intelligence Foundation plans
to achieve each goal listed in its constitutive document:
INTELLIGENCE
FOUNDATION INSTITUTE: NETWORK, INTENSIVE TRAINING AND SUPPORT
The
establishment and the administration of the Intelligence Foundation’s
Institute, accordingly to its purpose, will benefit all the Canadians
by training and supporting individuals committed to shape the scientific,
social, technologic and artistic canadian disciplines of the 21st
century.
Gradually,
the Intelligence Foundation’s Institute will include :
1] - A school inside the Fortifications of Québec;
2] - Residences in the Fortifications of Québec to accommodate
its beneficiaries;
3] - A specialised framing in the Institute owing to the establishment
of professorship and of positions charged of state-of-the-art
human development lessons;
4] - Appropriate equipments; &
5] - Certification processes of the effectively received intensive
training.
The
Institute will distinguish itself from institutes specialized in
gifted individuals in many ways:
1] - By the selection of the beneficiaries;
2] - By the selection of the teaching chairs and of the positions
charged of the lessons;
3] - By the training; and
4] - By the opportunities offered to the participants.
I] Network, intensive training and support
The Institute of the Intelligence Foundation
is at once a network and a state-of-the-art intensive training
and support program for individuals committed to shape the scientific,
social, technologic and artistic canadian disciplines of the 21st
century.
What makes the Intelligence Foundation’s Institute a network?
The Intelligence Foundation’s Institute is a network worthy
of the name, even though it will have premises, by offering also
a specialized training service with a delivery distributed in
many places by its books and conferences program. It is also a
network whereas it assembles the people who believe that the development
of the community is based upon the training and support of individuals
committed to shape the scientific, social, technologic and artistic
canadian disciplines of the 21st century. The Intelligence Foundation’s
Institute is a network also because it will virtually link together
the Canadians who wish to shape the scientific, social, technologic
and artistic canadian disciplines of the 21st century.
What makes the Intelligence Foundation’s Institute an intensive
training and support program? The Intelligence Foundation’s
Institute bases its actions on theoretical, practical, experimental
teachings relevant to the scientific, social, technologic and
artistic canadian disciplines of the 21st century. This training
has for goal to intensively train and support the canadian relief
as leader of the future and situate it in the role it will play
as part of the canadian community. This learning process invites
the individuals of the canadian relief of the 21st century to
systematically look into their options and the importance of making
choices in compliance with the goals they themselves wish to accomplish
and with the fact that they are individuals and members of a community.
II] Selection process and criteria of the beneficiaries
The Institute doesn’t aim at recruiting
the individuals with a genetic, physical or intellectual potential
which includes them in the superior 1% of the population. By this,
the Institute doesn’t aboard the concept of gifting as it
is commonly accepted. Our philosophical bases refuse this eugenics
elitism. We firmly believe that the sources of creativity and
human intelligence are much more generous than what the common
acceptance presumes. Consequently, an important component of the
canadian public is susceptible of constituting its beneficiaries.
For example, we observe that the use of ordinary language resources
(whatever it is) by any individual is already sign of an extraordinary
creativity. Bias refusing at its very base this meritocracy (that
often silences the advantages linked to a privileged social position).
A very first condition is that the individual be proactive: they
must clearly show the will of self- determination and mind independence.
Our evaluation mechanism of this precise point is simple: The
initial contact must have been made at the instigation of the
candidate. This one will send us a document stipulating his accomplishments.
Secondly, we mention an unrivalled, well-established will of surpassing
and accomplishment. We also evaluate the stability and durability
of the candidate’s development.
Thirdly, the candidate must show a working capacity out of the
ordinary.
We will particularly consider the candidates from disadvantaged
quarters (socially and/or economically) explicitly immigrants,
poors and natives, but also individuals restive to the educative
system restraints [e.g. obedience, arbitrary discipline] and corporative
restraints [e.g. hierarchic structures].
Publication of the results: On the website www.intelligence.tv
on a quarterly basis. The examination is, by its nature, open
year-round.
III] Selection process and criteria of the teaching chairs and
positions charged of lessons
ESTABLISHMENT
OF THE TEACHING CHAIRS AND POSITIONS CHARGED OF LESSONS: The teaching
chairs and positions charged of lessons will be chosen by an expert
canadian committee as well as by Intelligence Foundation’s
executive committee (EX). The selection criteria will be updated
and publicised quarterly on the website www.intelligence.tv by
our Intelligence Foundation academicians.
1] ÉSTABLISHMENT OF THE POSITIONS CHARGED OF LESSONS
Each of the charged of lessons shall satisfy every of these conditions:
1] - Clearly show the will of self-determination and mind independence

2] - Have an unrivalled, well-established will of surpassing
and accomplishment ;
3] - Must show a well-established, autodidact, out of the ordinary
working capacity ;
4] - Possess communication and leadership talents established
without a doubt in domains such as the radio, electronic and
written medias; etc.
2] ESTABLISHMENT OF THE TEACHING CHAIRS
Each of the teaching chairs shall satisfy every of these conditions:
1] - Inspire the canadian relief of the 21st century ;
2] - Clearly show the will of self-determination and mind independence
;
3] - Have an unrivalled, well-established will of surpassing
and accomplishment. We also consider the stability and durability
of the teaching chair’s development ;
4] - Must show a well-established, autodidact, out of the ordinary
working capacity;
5] - Have an unmistakably creative mind;
6] - Possess communication and leadership talents established
without a doubt in domains such as the radio, electronic and
written medias; etc.
These criteria are re-evaluated and enriched at regular intervals
by the interdepartmental committee of intelligence, by the directors’
bureau as well as by the Intelligence Foundation’s executive
committee.
The Intelligence Foundation’s Institute’s teaching
chairs and charged of lessons will be innovative and ambitious
educationalists inspiring, training and supporting the individuals
that will define the society of the 21st century to build a better
and fair world.
We will particularly consider the candidates form disadvantaged
quarters (socially and/or economically) explicitly immigrants,
poors and natives, but also individuals restive to the educative
and corporative systems restraints.
IV] Training
The
training said supplied by the Intelligence Foundation is of a
purely instrumental nature, responding to the need of acquiring
specific knowledge. The Intelligence Foundation doesn’t
have for goal the set up of comprehensive and multidisciplinary
studies, and it is according to this that we put the emphasis
on the autodidact working capacity of our associates.
The
training will be carried out by devoted charged of lessons, teaching
chairs and leading figures in their respective domains (these
are of scientific, social, technologic and artistic orders) and
online with possessions of the Intelligence Foundation, supported
by first source information coming, among others, from the Intelligence
Foundation’s Excellence Center as well as by the necessary
installations to be the most important Foundation for Intelligence.
The lessons will be personalised to each, in accordance with their

Renowned and inspiring lecturers will also be invited to share
their success in precise projects with candidates of the Institute.
V] Opportunities offered to the members
A significant part of the Intelligence Foundation’s work
is to put the academicians in contact with key elements of the
private, public and parapublic entrepreneurial world. Those contacts
are made in an extremely personalised way between the heads of
different, renowned and interested organisms, the most influential
actors on contemporary scene and our academicians. Examples of
the personalities most in the public eye with which the Intelligence
Foundation keeps close contacts are members of the Montreal Conferences
governor bureau, the superior echelons of the World Bank, of the
F.M.I., the O.C.D.E., numerous central agencies (such as the Canadian
Spatial Agency), etc., but also leading heads in the artistic
and cultural domains.
GRANTS,
PRIZES AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Those
grants, prizes and acknowledgements have for goal to sensitize,
inspire and support the relief that will shape the canadian society
of the 21st century in the scientific, social, technologic and artistic
domains. A grand total of twelve (12) grants, prizes and acknowledgements,
three per discipline mentioned above.
The
group of the canadian relief younger that 35 years of age having
demonstrated a strong will to increase its scientific, social, technologic
and artistic capacities and defy the limits of these domains by
logical reasoning and creativity is eligible to those grants, prizes
and acknowledgements. The Intelligence Foundation’s grants,
prizes and acknowledgements are meant especially for:
1] - The sensitization, inspiration and support to the singular
beings restive to the educative and corporative systems restraints;
2] - The sensitization, inspiration and support to the cultural,
marginal but promising relief; &
3] - The sensitization, inspiration and support to the non-privileged
classes: immigrants, poors, natives, ...
The
value of the prizes is of $150,000.00; that of the grants $75,000.00;
and that of the acknowledgements is of $25,000.00:
1] - Four annual prizes (scientific, social, technologic and artisti3]
of $150,000.00;
2] - Four annual grants (scientific, social, technologic and artisti3]
of $75,000.00; &
3] - Four annual acknowledgements (scientific, social, technologic
and artisti3] of $25,000.00.
The
process of the distribution of the grants, prizes and acknowledgements
will be identical in every way (with the adaptation to a canadian
scale) to the one used for the Nobel Foundation prizes (commonly
called Nobel prizes, website: http://www.nobel.se/),expect for this:
the three finalists will be rewarded, with a prize (1st position),
a grant (2nd position) or an acknowledgement (3rd position).
The
most deserving candidates will be chosen by an expert canadian committee
as well as by the Intelligence Foundation’s executive committee
(EX). The selection criteria will be updated and publicised quarterly
on the website www.intelligence.tv by our Intelligence excellence
Center’s researchers.
The
Intelligence Foundation’s grants, prizes and acknowledgements
program will be announced at the same time as will be the promotion
activities (radio, written medias, television and Internet) of the
Intelligence Foundation.
RESEARCH
ON INTELLIGENCE [INTELLIGENCE FOUNDATION EXCELLENCE CENTER]
RESEARCHES
IN RENOWNED DOMAINS OF KNOWLEDGE MEANT FOR EDUCATIVE PURPOSES –
The goal of the Intelligence Foundation’s Intelligence excellence
Center is to further push the limits of researches on, and make
a methodological analysis of, the training of the individuals who
will transform the canadian scientific, social, technologic and
artistic domains of the 21st century:
1] - Researches on the importance of the strength of character
(the parameters include endured tests, the will, the tenacity,
the energy, the capacity of problem solving and the temper ;
2] - Researches on the formation of the character (instead of
on the genius because the second can generate the first, however
the second would not generate the first) ;
3] - Theories on popular education: researches and development
;
4] - Complementary researches of usual gifting criteria, I.Q.
and other usual evaluation methods ;
5] - Researches on interventions and pedagogical experiences in
prison ; &
6] - Pure research on research tools and methods such as: amplification
of weak signals process, total information awareness, etc.
EDUCATION
PROGRESS – The Intelligence excellence Center makes up the
Intelligence Foundation international section. The Intelligence
excellence Center’s bureaus’ location will coincide
with the ones of the Intelligence Foundation’ Institute in
the Vieux Port de Montréal. The analytic process of official
researches of the Intelligence excellence Center is the cycle of
Intelligence (essentially the classic scientific method adapted
for researches on Intelligence).
1] - Planning and management – Based on a total awareness
of the context, the excellence Center will produce and approve
the research objectives and mandates and its observable, concrete
parameters. The excellence Center limits its researches to the
following renowned knowledge domains as stipulated in its constitution
Certificate: canadian scientific, social, technologic and artistic
domains;
2] - Collection of observables;- Preliminary treatment of observables
by amplification of weak signals ;
3] - Analysis and production of a total information awareness
state ; &
4] - Publication and public dissemination of the researches by
conferences, conventions, all-level media diffusions (national
public as well as communal radios, private and public television,
newspapers) etc.
ESTABLISHMENT
OF RESEARCH CHAIRS – Our Intelligence excellence Center will
assemble ambitious and innovative spirits searching for innovative
solutions to sensitize, inspire, train and support the individuals
who will shape the society of the 21st century. Our Center will
not have as a goal to bring its support to existing institutes (such
as universities) and to permanent members of these institutions
(teachers). Instead, our goal is to explore a bit more in the margin
of under-exploited disciplines due to very recent creation or in
multidisciplinary zones of convergence very little encouraged by
actual research and development structures, but certainly renowned
domains of knowledge. We also want to free the researchers of common
restraints associated to the corporative, public or parapublic world
(e.g. short-term profitability obligation, conventional and not
very hazardous projects, etc.) and give them a complete freedom
for their researches, allowing them to take intellectual risks impossible
to imagine in other circumstances.
The
selection criteria of the researcher of our Center are sensibly
the same as the ones related to the Institute, although slightly

by conferences, conventions, all-level media diffusions (national
public as well as communal radios, private and public television,
newspapers) etc. To do this, the Intelligence excellence Center
will have the best multimedia and telecommunications equipment that
numeric technology can offer.
BOOKS
AND CONFERENCES
Based
on the last discoveries of our Intelligence excellence Center, the
Intelligence Foundation’s books and conferences will take
into consideration of operational methods based on the Intelligence
cycle (for example: Question, search our own path and defy the limits
of knowledge by use of creativity and reasoning) to inspire, sensitize,
support and train the canadian relief so it can be considered as
the most competent in the scientific, social, technologic and artistic
disciplines of its choice.
The so distributed works aim at the popular, mass education, and
will be of a less technical nature than the Excellence Center’s
researches mentioned above. Our activities will include, among others:
1] - Development of intellectual self-defence lessons (for example:
basic statistic necessary elements to understand or dismiss the
common use of statistics in mass medias) ;
2] - Financing of popular conferences on critical spirit and creativity
themes throughout Canada ; &
3] - Support of non academic learning groups (popular universities,
courses meant for sharing and mutual exchanging competences in
the disciplines renowned and supported by the Intelligence Foundation).
The
Intelligence Foundation Conferences strive to sensitize and inspire
the most promising individuals to eventually work conjointly with
them to build a fair and better world. A major direction of the
Foundation is to support the self-determination of the individuals,
i.e. encourage projects initiated at the base, instead of starting
from the top; one of the Foundation’s objectives is to develop
a culture favourable to the self-determination acts, to then support
the emeritus projects corresponding more particularly to the goals
of the Foundation.
The
ultimate expected result of the Intelligence Foundation’s
books and conferences is to raise the capacity of the canadian relief
of the 21st century so that it can figure amongst the competent
generation in the scientific, social, technologic and artistic disciplines
and contribute dynamically in their community and in the general
society.

specifically, the Intelligence Foundation’s books and conferences
expect the following results:

technologic and artistic relief of Canada of the 21st century

canadian culture is enhanced ;
